Acceptance of Terms
By using MODELO services, you agree to these Terms of Service. This applies to all bookings, photoshoots, and services provided by MODELO.
Service Overview
MODELO provides photography experiences that connect photographers with models for scheduled photoshoots in Tokyo, either outdoor or indoor. Service details, including customized requests, are confirmed at booking.
Booking & Payments
•You must pay the agreed fee before the photoshoot. •Payments may be completed via credit card or other methods offered at booking. •Bookings are confirmed once payment is processed.
User Conduct
You agree to the following during the photoshoot: •Keep respectful behavior toward models at all times. •Do not touch the model without explicit permission. •Follow directions from MODELO staff. •No disruptive actions toward others. •Respect public space and safety rules. Commercial use or video shooting requires prior discussion at booking.
Personal Information
We will collect your contact and booking information for service provision as described in our Privacy Policy. We use this information to communicate and fulfill service obligations.
Image Use
•Images you take are for personal use only (social media, travel memories, contests, exhibitions). •You may not use images for commercial purposes (selling prints, advertising) without explicit written permission. •If MODELO requests removal of images for legal or rights issues, you agree to comply promptly.
Cancellation & Refund
•Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled photoshoot will receive a refund minus a 5% processing fee. •Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled photoshoot are non-refundable. •The 5% fee covers payment processing and administrative costs.
Liability
MODELO is not responsible for damages resulting from circumstances beyond control, including weather, public transit delays, or personal equipment issues. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes will be resolved in Tokyo courts.
