Rescheduling Policy • Rescheduling requests are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled shooting time. • No rescheduling fee will be charged. • All rescheduling requests are subject to availability and require confirmation after consultation with the model and/or relevant parties. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled shooting time. • In case of cancellation, a 5% refund processing fee will be deducted from the paid amount. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the shooting time are non-refundable. • Once the 24-hour period before the shoot has passed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. ◎How to Request Changes All rescheduling or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or the official booking system. Requests made through social media or messaging apps may not be accepted. ※Time Zone Clarification All deadlines are based on the local time(TOKYO) of the shooting location. ※Final Decision Clause We reserve the right to make the final decision regarding all cancellations and rescheduling requests.
